Pilot II in Livingston - CGY Week 2

Hey there! I’m the Pilot II EC, a modern townhome located in beautiful NW Livingston. What can I say, my wild days are now behind me and I’m ready to settle down with my other half. Boasting 1,327 square feet of space, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and no condo fees, I’d be a great match for a couple or small family!

I would describe myself as a people person. I love getting to know individuals from all walks of life and showing them all that I have to offer! Walking through my main entrance, you’ll immediately notice the bright and airy feel of my open-concept main floor. As I’m purposely designed with more space for living, you’ll see that my great room and nook are adjacent to each other. This makes the length of this space over 23 feet! Just imagine the endless styling possibilities. 

My L-shaped kitchen provides ample room to move freely while also ensuring tons of storage space. If you’d like, you can opt for my optional kitchen island; however, even without the island, my kitchen features a flush eating bar for those on-the-go breakfasts!

Located only minutes away is a massive indoor recreational facility, Vivo. This facility offers a wide range of activities for all ages and keeps me active all year round! In coming years, expect to enjoy a trendy urban district filled with shops and restaurants, a central hub complete with tennis courts and an ice rink, and the future C-Train Green Line.
